The Royal Engineers Historical Society and
170 (Infrastructure Support) Engineer Group
are holding a Study Day at RAF Wittering on
Royal Engineers Support to Expeditionary
Air Operations. The day will consider how the
Corps has contributed historically to delivering
Air Support capability (including the original
problems), discuss contemporary operations
and its demands, as well as considering the
future challenges. Further information will
