“Lessons from Genoa – Managing the United Kingdom’s Specialist Cable Support Bridges.”

Overview.  The Institution is pleased to announce another Joint Professional Meeting (JPM) between itself and National Highways.

LAST BOOKINGS WEDNESDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER.

Date: Thursday 12 September 2024
Location: Park Lane Room,
The Thistle Marble Arch,
Bryanston Street,
London,

The JPM will consider Lessons from Genoa – Managing the United Kingdom’s Specialist Cable Support Bridges and will follow the normal format of a series of specialised speakers, followed by a Panel Question and Answer session. This will be another fantastic opportunity for Members to consider the challenges of planning and maintaining vital elements of existing strategic networks that are key national enabling lines of communication, whether these be within the United Kingdom or overseas. Once again participants will be able to compare and discuss different procedures, share best practice, and highlight likenesses and variances. The evening will enable Members to engage with both National Highways and Industry partners and allow individuals to expand their professional networks, meeting likeminded engineers from across the profession.
