ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE INSTITUTION OF ROYAL ENGINEERS

Major General N J Cavanagh CB FInstRE, President of the Institution, will take the Chair at 1700 hours.

Agenda:

• Item 1                 To accept the proceedings of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Item 2                 To note the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.
• Item 3                 To note matters of importance that have arisen since the previous meeting.
• Item 4                 To note the re-appointment of the Auditors for 2025 for all Corps Funds made by the Chief Royal Engineer’s Board.
• Item 5                 To elect a new President nominated by the Chief Royal.
• Item 6                 To re-elect two Vice Presidents for a second term.
• Item 7                 To note the appointment of three new Ex-Officio Trustees.
• Item 8                 Any other business.
