AGENDA & REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

OF THE ROYAL ENGINEERS HISTORICAL SOCIETY (REHS)

FRIDAY 16 OCTOBER 2026

 

Annual Report. A copy of the Annual Report and audited accounts will be posted on the website https://www.instre.org/agm-and-committee/ 

Major General C L Wilks CB CBE, Chair REHS, will take the Chair at 1000 hrs UK time.

The meeting will take place in the Brompton Barracks Auditorium, but also be available online for those unable to attend in person.

AGENDA

Item 1: Welcome address and introduction.

Item 2: To accept the proceedings of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Item 3: To note any matters arising from the previous proceedings.

Item 4: Report of REHS activity over the last 12 months, including social media. Note any matters arising from the activity.

Item 5: Membership and Treasurer’s report.

Item 6: Forward Look – planned activity over next 12 months (note: a Forward Plan will be circulated ahead of the AGM).

Item 7: Any Other Business.

Date: Friday 16 October 2026.

Timings: 0945hrs Login (online) or assemble in the Brompton Barracks Auditorium.   AGM starts 1000hrs.

Please note: If attending in person, photographic ID will be required for access to Brompton Barracks. Remember to allow enough time to book in at the Main Gate.
