AGENDA & REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

OF THE ROYAL ENGINEERS HISTORICAL SOCIETY (REHS)

This was held on FRIDAY 18 OCTOBER 2024

Annual Report. A copy of the Annual Report and audited accounts will be posted on the website https://www.instre.org/agm-and-committee/ 

Major General  C L Wilks CB CBE, Chair REHS, will take the Chair at 1000hrs UK time.

The meeting will take place in the Royal Engineers Museum, but also be available online for those unable to attend in person.

Item 1: Welcome address and introduction.

Item 2: To accept the proceedings of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.

Item 3: To note any matters arising from the previous proceedings.

Item 4: Report of REHS activity over the last 12 months, including Social Media. Note any matters arising from the activity.

Item 5: Membership and Treasurer’s report.

Item 6: Approval of the recommendations of the Review and update to the Constitution.

Item 7: Approve the revised Committee.

Item 8: Forward Look – planned activity over next 12 months (note: a Forward Plan will be circulated ahead of the AGM).

Item 9: Any Other Business.

Date: Friday 18 October 2024.

Timings: 0945hrs Login (online) or assemble in the Generals Room, RE Museum.

AGM starts 1000hrs.
