On Wednesday 6th October 2021 at 7.30pm UK time, WO2 Glanville Lalabalavu RE talked about the history of the first Fijian Sappers in the Royal Engineers, dating back to the 1960s as part of the original ‘212’, and their impact on current serving Fijian Royal Engineers. He focused on the cultural and behavioural challenges encountered, then and now, and the opportunities joining the Royal Engineers has presented for these men and women.
