Serving Royal Engineers complete engineering tasks in many situations and from many different perspectives. All of these tasks can be learnt from, enabling the individual, and the Corps, to develop and grow.

Veteran Royal Engineers take the skills, knowledge and experiences gained in the Corps into many civilian fields.
